About Mark Cavallo.

Mark is motivated by the curiosity, enthusiasm and honesty always present within the groups he facilitates and coaches. Whether in their 20’s or 30’s, or in the last mile of their careers, people have many values and needs in common: they are eager to learn, want to make an impact, and long for balance between their inner self and their lives.

Since establishing Mark Cavallo Coaching and BRIDGE OVER in 2020, Mark has developed holistic young talent leadrship programmes that meet young talent where they are, and guide them to where they desire to be.

He has coached more than 500 clients from Australia to Africa, online or in nature, on a wide variety of issues from career tranisitions to belief systems, grief and overwhelm.
