About Mark Cavallo.

Mark is motivated by the curiosity, enthusiasm and honesty always present within the groups of young professional he facilitates. Whether in their 20’s or 30’s, they are eager to learn, have huge amounts of energy and want to make an impact.

And their values often differ from those of their employers.

Since establishing BRIDGE OVER in 2020, Mark has developed holistic young talent programmes that meet young talent where they are, and guide them to where they desire to be.
